Mazda 6 RF7J 2.0 CD injectors calibration conditions HELP

I have an issue with my mazda.


DPF and EGR is off.


Injectors are new, SCV valve is also new. After injector calibration engine runs smooth as silk. But, mazda engineers somehow programmed this ECU to re calibrate its injectors every 150km within the first 1500km of driving and then every 3000km. The problem is: every time ECU decides to make calibration on its own ( i can hear it, rpm rises etc ) the engine is misfiring at low rpm and at idle is misfiring so i can hear it ( popping sound from exhaust ). And when i accelerate with second gear from 1200-1600 rpm it is jerking like crazy.


My question is this: -Can someone make this re calibration never happens ? Only to manual calibrate. It is driving me crazy. Let's say if it is programmed to re calibrate every 150km, make it every 100 000 km let's say or some infinite number, or tune it with the engine temperature because in Mazda technical document says that engine temp must be between 65-95 degrees or speed must be 0 km/h. If someone knows where these values are, make them please above 200km/h or above 120 degrees for example.
