Ford focus Mk2.5 1.6 tdci from 2008 dtc193B and P0483

The came from other garage all dead no start , because the send me the dash to repair
I have good signal to ecu from pedal
I see in live data 0 to 90% and voltage , but no good data of the pedal to dashboard always 2% to 3% and the 2 wires that must care 5v have 12v
GND is solid to , all wires to dash have 0 ohms .
All dash joint"s solder , in Dash I have dtc 1750 in ECU P193B and P0483, I have adapted one Used ECU
And IDS say that I have to make update the 8m51.-12A650-XC to 8m51.-12A650-XE , so I flash and make the config .
IDS can"t get good communication to ACM , send some U codes , like U0140 U0166 and U0238

Any ideia ?

The P0483 was the engine fan module
I disable p193b in ecu
Now only got
P2458 = dpf
And one in dash C1750-60
Pedal to dash.

Today I take out the dash again to inspect ,that pin is pin number 1 , that are you point ?
That goes the the red mark on the other side , as I remember it came from pedal
Any tips are welcome
