VW MIB no sound

Hello, I have customer VW Golf 7 with MIB navigation.
Part number 5G0035035043B
HW; H40
SW; 0192

Everything works except sound. Does anyone have sw update so I can get sound to working?

Mob1 are probe to failure. Specially sound processor

I didnt have any of them by now in the service. Few people told me that problem is in SW.
Sound processor is in navigation unit or does it have separate unit for sound system?

It's not problem sound processor or SW.
It's hardware problem .
I can help but in my service.
