    check that you have latest firmware v1.12 and not 1.07 I had same problem, but loaded the v1.12 on box and was up and running with all ch's working

    how do u check firmware? for the box super usb?

    and also how do i load the lastest firmware if i do not have already?

    do, menu,system info. if latest firmware is on, you will be ok.
    if you have latest f/ware, you will be able to do menu, 1570 etc..

    i am able to get the menu>1570> cas system etc.... key code is on.have done factory default settings and re scanned. but still nothing

    I have the same problem with the same box :-( Doing every thing everyone has suggested.

    Restore>English>Installation>AutoScan>N*L>1570>Key code on>Set default Key>Go to channel with $>Check for Updates.(just stays on the update screen for 30/40 minutes.

    Still not working in the Leicester Area it seems. I have a box downstairs that isn't a starview, Unsure of the make (because it's my old mans). And it's working perfectly.

    it seems really weird how the first starview is still working for me yet my starview 4 isnt, any reason?

    yes rescan and it should start working!!! make sure u switch on the Key code

    turn key code to on menu press 1570 on remote and scroll down to key code and turn on..
