the car have the key board code and we dont have the code

Hello mate!
You can add ground on pins 1 and 7 in the double relay for fuel pump (an brown relay), little hard to find wires 1-7 but it works.
Try and raports!

Add ground does mean connect negative to pin 1 and 7? and is this only this brow. Relay or there is something else??

Exactly connect negative to pin 1 and 7 an try if yor car started raport, this is only one brown relay...
My english is bad

Hello.
This is dump is decoded file for IAW 8P.xx 27c512
This dump can erase eeprom of MCU and you do not need programming 68HC11A1 in this case. Just program this dump in flash 27c512 and put that in ecu, connect power to ECU for 30-40 seconds, then disconnect ECU and return back original flash - this is easy imm0ff solution.
