No Audio on .ts file

using dreambox media player i can play .ts files however for some reason i dont have audio. Any ideas? im using the optical out for sound

is there another option when you hit the audio button

nope i press the audio button nothing happens. I have the same problem as well playing VOB files via the dvd player. this is from the hd not streaming

stab in the dark but have you installed vlc media player this plays about everything

the VLC plugin via the one click plugin menu? if so yeah but as far as i can tell though its just for streaming as all it does is ask for a server ip
