Touran 2.0 TDI - 103kw low power - i have made logs

i have a Touran 2.0 tdi 103kw but it doesn't have power in low rpm until 2200 2300 rpms.. then it start creating boost..
also on 2000 RPMS sometimes the engine shakes.. while the rpm goes from 1900 to 2100 something like this.. can be the egr?


here are attached logs which i have made with VCDS.. can someone check what the problem can be?

already checked : turbo acc, vacuum pipes, boost sensor, vacuum pump everything looks to be Ok, also n75 i have replaced.
today i have tested with another MAF sensor but still the same problem..

Send file will turn off EGR in map.
