the product is good, I learned a lot of interesting replacements, if it really fits, then it will have a reputation.

create the ability to save the search history in the input line.

Thank for your support. I think it will fit in 95% of the time. Sometimes, in my mind, it can have missing component or something (but it is not sure, it's what i think..) But at the moment, no negative experience

I'm sorry there was a bug on the search /history list. You didn't see your searchs before.. I corrected this 10 minutes ago. The search history remember your search on 30 last days (1 month). It's working now. Tell me.

Does anyone know how to cross reference software versions of bosch ECUs?

E.g. between from manufacturer that share same hardware..

br556hre => don't understand what's the goal of crossing sw reference of bosch ecu ? I may have sw versions in my database on many reference, but i don't display them by now. (But i may do).

In my app, you have a choice to display also the manufacturer ref compatibilities, and so you can see when manufacturer share the same hw.

Little example here with opel and volkwagen.

Try it if you want, i made it easy to quickly create an account.

So I've had a look at it from the link in PM (this time no trojan) and it seems quite good. The compatible numbers is what I needed, so I'm happy about having that little piece of SW for the future.

I've done a new release. it should upgrade itself when you already have it.

What was updated :
* Only one exe now. Just extract it and see.
* More pictures / car model added.
* Few bug fixes.
* Not recognized as a virus/trojan any more

I've deleted old links and put a new link here directly to the new version.

Sorry to see that.
I've tried to download it as you are doing on google chrome. No problem for me. I'm sure you're not using windows defender ? Can you tell me which antivirus you're using ?

I'm not telling that the problem come from you... Doing a test with every antivirus would be time expensive... Will try to see why when you tell me.

Only defender, default settings (Chrome too by default), nothing else...

Ok, i still don't understand why... I've tried on 3 computer with 10 64-bit and defender, nothing.
Will continue to search... Its weird that others members told me that it was ok....

Of course I can download, but after disabling defender...
After download and extract, and turn the defender on again the program is running ok, seems the references are right... mostly...

In this particular case the Flash is marked as MPC555 (which is right, but this is processor) and the eeprom is 4kb, instead of 2...
And it is not 7.41, but 3.41... You can see the identification with FLEX tool from this ECU.

Don't take me wrong, I think, that idea of the program is good, but will be good if there are and other brands, than BOSCH... and the pictures are too small... and I think, that there will be much more work to do, to be a really good one, especially if you want to be paid.

Thanks for trying, and all what you said. Here is my thinkings :

- I know that it was possible to disable defender : i don't ask you to do this as you don't know me. And it's normal. But you're the only one with defender that told me that problem on my last release... Computers on which i tried have no exceptions on any type, and it's working without disabling it... but don't worry... I will find as soon as i've got the time why it happened to you.

- You're right for MPC555, i should write Processor instead of flash. As i did on TC1796 and others... It will be resolved in newer version
- Right also for the eeprom, will see why quickly.
- But for 7.41, sorry but i think the identification of flex tool is wrong : i've checked in ESI, and you will find also searching for that ref on google that i'm not the only one that say that it's 7.41 version...
- For other brands than Bosch, as you see, there's many work to do with bosch for the moment. I don't plan to do it.
- Pictures are all in 800x600 if you click on it... I think it is already large. There will be a magnifying glass on next version (already done and finished)

I don't think there is so much work to do, and for the price of the donation i'm asking, i don't think that it lacks as many information as you say.... There is a big database behind this tool, and as members says on another french forum, this is the most updated database they found (all until the end of 2020...)

Thank you for your try, and for all what you said. I will fix some in few days, but certainly not expand database to other manufacturer like Denso, Delphi etc.. for the moment. Also we have few informations on compatibilities on them...
