maybe may programmer program something wrong but i don't think so
when i first time clear crash i have 2 errors something about bad configuration

Did you fix the faults first or just apply the dump?
From the dtc you posted looks not fixed yet

Andrev, your have hardware problemm with Bosch driver 40138.
Replace unit or driver 40138 in unit.

You have error U3000-49. This error occurs when driver 40138 malfunctions.
In 90% of cases, replacing the driver solves the problem.
