Default Mazda 2 ECU and Dash lost sync

I've got a 2008 mazda 2 DY 1.4 which I think has lost the sync between the IC and ECU after a battery drain causing the immobiliser to come on. Reads from the ECU (SID 206, 95320) and IC (S93C66) Eeproms are below ,if anyone is able to sync them I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
