EXTERNAL EXCEPION EEFFACE ktag kess

Hello dear colleagues.
The problem with the title is that it shows this error when trying to run Kess or Ktag on ksuite 2.11. On ksuite 2.47 Kess starts normally and Ktag is known to inform about the lack of internet connection. What's the problem.

Find the version 2.23 or 2.25 of the program Ksuite for KTAG.
If the device will not work with this version, then check the SDcard on KTAG.
