I was thinking of buying XGecu TL866ll plus ,the use for it car ecu eeprom read and dashboard eeprom read. The other opition is SeeProg . Any advice?

TL866ll plus is ok for now... dont forget to buy adapters

If you are doing just eeprom no real need for adapters
