Options for clone a Citroen Xsara picasso petrol 2001 BSI

I need to reemplace a valeo BSI of this car. It have the NEC chip, and I am not sure which is the best option.
If I do an IMMO OFF, I think the IMMO error wil be show in the dash... so, maybe better just read and write the NEC chip- But I haven't the connection diagram to read NEC chip with UPA + NEC adapter. Can anybody help me?
