need help to connect landi renzo plus max to the car

hello friends i have a question i have usb to ttl and i want to connect landi renzo plus max to my car opel corsa lc02 ecu. before the opel corsa i had a other car and on the other car i could connect usb to ttl with rx tx and ground on the old software. now i need to connect with plus max but it is not working i cannot connect, can somebody help how to connect usb to tll?

if it is not possible with usb to ttl where can i buy the right interface cable?

somebody explains here how the interface works but i cannot understand.
