Yes not any Automatic mashine can cut plastic key, this is because they work all by electrical contact probe...

Have it almost 2 years now. First bought it with no Screen and operated via mobilephone, dont recommend it, buy with screen - much more options and no connection errors.

I have the machine for almost 3 years with a screen, very accurate, easy to use, can also be operated via smartphone, timely updates.
highly recommended

if insert hu100r instead hu92r, blade will be cutted without error
