    I dont think your flash file is correct, at least I cant make sense of it.
    Can you store it in some other format?
    Or can you post your MCUID?

    MCUID is TC1791

    I mean the mcu's unique serial number like 410485xxx (so called MCUID or CPUID).
    In a proper flash file this MCUID can be found at 14200h.
