    Default eurovox6000 delete menu problem

Hi everyone, sorry to bother with a question you've no doubt heard a million times before - but I'm having difficulty uderstanding how to operate the delete function on my eurovox. The instructions on the user manual don't make as much sense to me as they maybe ought to and I was hoping someone could pen a more idiot friendly version of the instruction on this thread for me. I've already deleted all the channels by mistake about four times now and am in danger of having a grand-mal seizure if I reach five Thanks in advance - Jimmy from Glasgow...

I cannot advise on your box because I don't know it,but you need to be looking for something like channel manager in the menu, then if you click edit on that you should have the option of deleting all channels or just one at a time, sorry I cant be more specific but just trying to give you some idea ....

thanks telecom - but I managed to figure it out. I clicked ok button on the selected channel - it highlighted 'X' - then pressed blue delete button - then info button - put in pin number then pressed exit button - pressed exit again and then yes in the delete box. phewwww - there has to be an easier way than that, but it seems to work...

Well there is an easier way, so you can delete more than one at a time ...

Go to menu then channel manager, then delete channel ....click ok and enter pin 0000 then mark the channels you want to delete by clicking with ok button.....[you will see a x besides the ones you have marked] then click exit and it will ask do you want to delete.... move it to yes .....
