Does it has an igition coil for every cylinder? If yes, first change the ignition coils of the missfiring cylinders with the other ones. Then check, if the fault goes with'em. If yes, you have two bad ignition coils.

Swap coils, erase codes, test engine.
    Rinse'n repeat.

Spark plugs how many miles on them?
    Is it converted to LPG/CNG?

I had this problem some years ago...

First failed some coils but later i’ve noticed a rough idle and some misfires. The problem was in valvetronic system.

Problem was solved when i’ve replaced the hidraulic valve lifters and the intermediate levers of the valvetronic (very expensive).

Also i had problems with valve seals, valve guides and valve seats.

This engine was a nightmare for me
