Could you please help me. I need to enter a new VIN in BSI. bsi 95128

Hivrich not work
The car does not start after changing vin. You do not need to count the checksum?

original PXEG pin 100% ok (engine ECM). I do not know if the original batch was read ok. The engine turns but does not start

the car fired on the original dump (I assumed the BSI incorrectly). But a dump from Dr. Zoidberg is not working. The engine does not start
