Bmw F10 frm reset help

hi all I need help about reset frm3 module of bmw F10


module;
XET512/2M25J
61.35-9 273 628.9.01
FRM-F-SERIES have 32KB DFLASH data


I have read D/P flash via vvdi prog
during reading D-Flash vvdi do not asked me about partition size if would ask I know how I can set and convert that D-flash to eeprom but during reading vvdi setting up partiton size automaticly by itself as like D-flash 32k eee 0k and I am not able to change and re-set up partition size again. So in this case how can I solve this fault of frm with D-flash?

when I convert Dflash to eeprom using that webside eeprom generated just FFFF and correpted file. even I did and try on frm but then many issues came on car. so that is why want to understand about that my Dflash well or bad. I had no tool32 or enet for bmw even ethernet cable for autel if would have already solve that issue
