Sorry to hijack, but have similar sounding prob.

West London, SV4 USB, some days ago some channels went black, yesterday some more have gone black, rescanning 'finds' all channels (altho many are double-found, annoyingly), but the ones that went black remain black. Keycode set to on after each scan, V.107 used but have tried with other releases.

Is this the dreaded stage by stage channel switchover to N3 I keep reading about? If so, fair enough, had a good run, but one thing puzzles me - wouldnt the N3 changeover be preceded by the receipt of a new card? Have recieved no such thing, so could this loss of channels be some other (treatable) problem?

    In hope

Hello i had this problem last week.

channels were not working and when the came back up they were doubled up.

i restored factory settings by menu screen 1570

restored settings then turned signature box to yes and rescanned.

this put nearly all channels back right but few still missing i.e this post is entered.

    Okay, firstly thanks for replying,

So you restored the factory settings (not thru 1570 but thru the normal menu tho, right?). But what does setting signature to yes mean, and where is it done?

restore factory settings in menu screen.

then go back to menu screen and press 1570 this will take you to another screen.

click the signature to on this will allow ppv chanels to be found.

    then rescan

    hope this helps
