Default VW golf MK 5 dash swap

Hello. I’ve got a mk5 golf with micronas ic.
    It’s faulty display power driver.

I read all data using xprog genuine.
I get used dash and modify data with xprog genuine. Pin, odo, vin, immo id etc

Plug in car and has Immobilizer active.

I try to learn keys, it’s accepts pin but will not learn keys.
I’ve noticed both wsc and imp codes are both 0000

Do I have to use 7digit skc to learn??

No, check lock time in immo.
Keep in mind, English is not my native language.
