Default Among the cheapest tool to work with eeprom and MCU

    Hi
If anyone is interested in starting working in eeprom and MCU let me know. I'll share my experience with the cheapest but still workable solution.

Not claiming it's the best solution but still can do the job.

To start the work with eeprom
    You need also the following
    A desoldering station
Heat gun plus soldering iron minimum cost around usd 50
Third hand with magnifying glass USD 10
    Brass wool to clean tip
    Desoldering wick
    Solder
    Flux
About usd 100 for everything cheapest i found but does the job

I guess if you want to start with programming then a good starting point would be the chip data sheets. They will give you the address
