Vcds connection problem

Hello friends
When i try to read audi a4 b8 2009 with vcds i get message not response from controller in any Block. I check fuses all ok, check with another interface is the same. When i test interface k1 ok, k2 ok, Can - not ready.
Someone had similiar problem.

Hi. And the car connects normally with others? Maybe there is a problem in the car that it has some protection or there is something on the can. See another tester if it connects to this car

I think this car have some protrction, but where i look for something different and find this in picture. Ok i will try with another tester.
