BMW E90 2008 problem

The car started

I programmed the key with the ISN from engine ECU - And made the synhro and the car started

I remember that Autohex adverted that can read ISN from all ECUs without open the ECU but looks like this isn't true

So actually Autohex was the only one which succeeded AKL on this car..

Report this problem to support, program a key with wrong Isn.
Also,no need to program key on bench,can be done on the car.

How did you programmed a crypted cas with short isn on bench !!! Its interesting how short isn its crypted in cas eeprom(as i know short isn its not crypted in cas3++)

With Autohex on bench is the same like on the car

Key learning - option 4 AKL - Enter short ISN with 0000 upfront and program the key howding the key in key slot

Its not realy bench just is not on the car

Did you tried to read isn of cas with autohex before trying to program key?because my vvdi2 show B689

Not possible to read from CAS

Autohex showed the wrong ISN that I read with VVDI - If this was possible no need to open the ECU to program the key

Autohex and vvdi2 showing the same fake isn in cas,did you tried to program key by obd with vvdi 2?

No I prefer to use Autohex on BMW and programmed the key with Autohex - The key not started the car as I wrote on the first post

Maybe will work with VVDI and 64 times metod but on the next day I preferred to open the ECU instead to use this metod

Yes its true autohex its more preferable its oem tool not a clone tool such vvdi2
