Best Tool for reading eeprom from CCM, BCM, ECM etc

Please I need guidance on which tool to be able to read eeprom of CCM, BCM ECUs from VW, Audi etc.
I am currently trying to read eeprom of Passat cc 2012.
Tools I already have are: lonsdor k518ise with xpro, krag and kess

if flash - use search

For large option's only x-tool not enough !

Partners, I have used xtool adapter and read eeprom chip. Now my question is: can I use this file to make dealer key?
That is, find a way to copy it into lonsdor k518e programmer and make dealer key with the bin file.
Help will greatly appreciate from professionals on this prestigious forum.
