Steps replacing cluster eeprom question

Hi..
Question:

After replacing damaged inst. cluster eeprom to my car skoda immo2 with new one after programming it with downloaded dump file from the forum of same model and type ..and writing the same pin code extracted from the ecu dump file into it.. did i still need any further steps to make it work? ...as key matching/ adaptation using VCDS (or this step only for instrument cluster swab with different dump file than the original one), .....

Quite pissable problem is crypto. Each eeprom data, matches mcu, only one in the world

What would be the solution? Replace the whole set? Surely must be other way
