Megane 2 RS pops and bangs spark advance set

Hello i want to do make safe (and quiet, I don't want big explosions) in my megane 2 RS.

I wonder how to do make safe and "little" explosion.
When i want to small and safe explosions I must edit spark advance for -2 * or -7 * or -15 / 20 *?

The shots are too strong

I want this effect with fewer shots. Wants to have shots from 3000rpm :

Could someone please advise me how to set spark advance (-X*) ?

Can someone please help me?
Which option is better?
- increase the fuel dose
- delay ignition (-10 / 15 *)


The 3RS has great pops and bangs, I've seen the 3RS engine map and has more fuel when it drops from rpm
