I have an 2003 Audi A6 the other night it stopped running going down the road and when I tried to restart it would run for few seconds and then stop. So had to get a tow in the next day it started and ran fine. I would like to do a IMMOBILIZER OFF but not sure what I need I have a blue vag kkl that I got from here

    hxxps://www.ebay.xxx/itm/VAG-COM-409-1-USB-OBD2-Car-Scanner-for-Audis-Seat-Skoda-OBD-II-Diagnostic-Cable-/274867012720?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p2349624.m46 890.l49286&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0

And I have an 9241 DS150E New VCI DS150 CDP TCS with single board .. can I do this immo with my current hardware?

    Thanks in advance mark

This was the only code that came up not sure how else to check I just know that this has happened before where it would start and then cut right back off but then after about 5 minutes it would start ... this time it cut off while running about 65 on the interstate with my son in the car and I didn't have my laptop so had to get a tow...

I agree I don't think its the immobilizer in this instance because that shouldn't have shut the car off on the highway .... I am thinking a fuel pump issue because after setting for a few hours it started and ran fine however I didn't take it out the drive but I have a fuel pump on order. The reason I'm asking about the immo off is because. A, I only have 1 key and need a second. B, The cluster is starting to fail the oil temp gauge isn't working and the information screen is so dim its unreadable so with that said I'm thinking about getting a used one. And C, there have been instances where I would try to start and the car would start run a second and shut off the immo light would flash I cycle the key a few times and the car will finally start....

    Thanks again
