RR Vogue 2007 (uk) LEAR id46 - all keys lost

hi all, what is the process on these for all keys lost?

i understand its LEAR system, box under center speaker in dash?


1. what can read and make a TP for these? is prog and vvdi2 / autel 608 enough? or need TMPRO

2. how does the dashboard remove, is it hours of work or fairly simple
