calm down fella have you done a factory rescan..
menu factory settings (0000)
default key
auto scan
when done menu (1570) turn emu to on
exit out to a sly channel and let the box update

i'm in leicester and have lost all signals as well! have tried everything. does anyone know how to install firmware 1.2v?
