ROVER ZT CDTI NO START, Please Help!

Hi guys!

Im workin on a Rover ZT CDTI from 2003, with EDC15 AND EWS3, car got here dead, no crank.

Replaced key ring, was dead, coded transponder and now it beeps with key, and cranks ok, but no start.

From the info i could get, cranks and no start means no sync between DDE AND EWS3?

I tried INPA--ONLY ACESS TO EWS, ECU GET AN ERROR (INPA MAYBE EXPECTS TO SEE A BMW VIN)

DIS--i can begin dde-ews sync, says ok and asks to turn off key for 25 seconds, no change.

TOAF scans all modules, sometimes gives 1DF5 error on EWS and ECU, but sync does nothing...

I have EWS, ECU EEPROM, ECU FLASH DUMPS, is it possible to sync them?

AIm geting mad with this one!
