2015 Citroen dispatch bsi fault

Could someone please shed some light on this fault,
F5FF Unexpected re-initialization fault coming from bsi.
F303 Configuration fault.
I have tried bsi reset and this is what I get.
Can I use a used bsi and reprogram?

F5FF that line is word for word on the psa server, all you can find out
personally think either battery off before shut down or battery dipped bellw 10 volts

as for F303 no idea but GUESS it’s expecting to see 4 wheels and 6 doors
for what ever reason one goes missing or voltage and its not happy
