I'm looking to do a spare non remote key for a 2014 Sandero, The original chip reads as a 4A. No where I can see does plain 4A chips without remote, Is it possible to get them or can a different type of chip be used?

ID4A without the remote in a carbide mold is designated PCF7939MA. I am not sure that you can program it without precoding the blank chip for the car, you have to check.
Might want to wait for the new VVDI XT37a chip. It was advertised to be able to be precoded as ID4A, ID88 and ID49 as well as everything the XT27a is able to do, and of course you can always unlock it. But it is not out yet.

Thanks for the info, i dont have any of these at the moment so i think i will try a KD ZB remote instead which it says can be made into 4A remote for this car.

Quick update, Used a KeyDIY ZB remote & it programmed no problem.
