    Default Words from a wise friend

    When i started working a good friend gave me an advice.

    He said though you manage lots of people lots of times you won't have the solution to the problems that needs to be solved.

    However by bringing people together and keeping an open mind to their suggestions most of these problems can be easily solved.

    Identifying and trying to solve a problem is already a huge step in the right direction.
