VAG-COM 704.1: Which Cars?

Hi, could someone help me?
I'd like know if VAG-COM 704.1 is compatible with cars made after 2007.. for example with a VW SCIROCCO of 2009!
Please help me.

ps.Is the same for a chineese cable?

I use the the vag-com 704 on a audi q7 from 2007 and works well

You can use it on newer cars,until they use ODX protocoll or you wanna do autoscan...
