The price is too high for what it is, there is an arduino an lcd screen and some gadgets (button, potentiometer, box ...) to sell this at 350eur means to be really greedy, if he vanded it for 50eur I'm sure he would be rich

Old cars. Soon will be gone. Why paying 350eur for something you don't need? That arduino is simulating the sensor rotation impulses.
Why do you need it, if you can spin the pump axle and see if valves are clicking? Could be anything cheaper than that?
