Default Clip Error firmware updating : solve

HI to all who get this error : error udating firmware.

After several attempts (usb cable replaced, welding, test of the version clip 92,?) I finaly decided to replace my battery which was weak, and I do hot welding of the 2 IC cypress. (AN...)
After that the probe functions normally and the software detects it,

If that can be usefull please give a thanks.

    Default Bad clip

    Hi,

I received "no working clip" for repairing
I installed sw and asked me for only 2 drivers for ISO, after that ISO green LED is ON. CAN LED is OFF and also windows XP not asked me for that 2 CAN drivers.
Is this mean bad IC AN2135SC ?

    Tnx

I changed AN2135SC and still same, only ISO led is on.
Just to mention that I have instaled sw but not starting to me, and I try to install driver only usb connected to PC and power to OBD16 pin.

    Default repairHi

    Hi

I found no vcc 3.3v to AN2135SC fromvoltage regulator. Actually there is no +5v IN from usb port to oltage regulator . Need +5v on both pins (1 and 3)
Anyone have opened clip pcb to check where from need to receive this regulator IN voltage?
On red arrow no +5V on image, normally no 3v3 to blue arrow, but on green there is +5v
Also from back side near usb connis also same vol.reg and its have all voltages ok

i didn' remember from where exactly 5V is taken .
i think that it is taken from an IC (reference LTxxxx) , check using a multimeter and with interface powered on (12V) which pin is 5V out in the LTxxxx IC.

it is possible solder a wire from any 5v point in pcb to the pin IN of the 3.3v regulator

I bring +5v to IN pin, but alzo need to OFF\ON pin to enable output voltage 3.3v. But in that case both red diodes are ON even no connected obd conn to car. Also tried to "take" 3.3v from other clip pcb and then find sonde when start clip sq, only ask for firmware update so will try lower version sw. Now use v96

    Thanks

i had a problem with the 3.3V regulator , and i didn't find it in local market , i used a normal 3.3v regulator without ON/OFF and it worked correctly , except that the 2 red leds always on.

Hi,mates. This error comes from; Not all drivers are available for ISO and CAN.First of all in the hardware manager uninstall all drivers from the Clip. When connected Clip into usb,it prompts you to install one by one driver.First install two drivers ISO & CAN and it appears the message that the hardware is installed successfully, then disconnect Clip and reconnect to your computer and follows the installation of the next two ISO & CAN drivers.Total to be installed four drivers. After successful installation of the other two drivers,Clip disconnect and reconnect again and run sw.Both, green LED ISO & CAN light and sw Renault Clip runs properly.Best regards.

i dont know what cause this problem , but it is not drivers related.

i resolved this problem by dessoldering the flash memory 29FXXX from the bad clip and soldering it in another good clip.
power up interface and run software , the flash memory firmware will be updated. next , dissolder the flash memory and resolder it in it's pcb. finally delete all files with extension .s19 and .s28
this solution worked for me but you can only use clip software version used to update firmware in flash memory. and no other soft version.

First ask driver for cypress hub, its installed from win folder.
Then ask for all 4 drivers (without removing clip from usb port) after installing first 2 drivers as said MOBILTRONIC.
All drivers installed ok both green get on but firmware error still shows
