Mercedes Truck Actros MP4 TCC High problem

Hi, everyone, i'm retrofitting a TCC High navigation system on a Mercedes Actros MP4 from a TCC Low.
So, installed the TCC High and everything works fine, tuner, sat-nav and also bluetooth devices can pairing to it... BUT..... no sound from the speakers... aslo try to start a call by mobile phone but no sound from the speakers.
I try to call the official workshop but they can't (or would not) help me cause they don't do retrofits ....
Maybe you can help me a little...

See if you can get it to Engineering Mode (try Google). Check HARDWARE - TGW Parameters. Change sound from external to internal.
