SVCI 2020 no internet connection.

i bought the SVCI 2020 latest version. i installed it and it works fine. the loader version was v11.
In groups vw V38.1 did not work. On the Internet I noticed that there is the latest version of the loader V12. According to the instructions I downloaded it from the server and now vw V38.1 works.

when I'm in special function and I go to the motor ECU to get CS data and pin, it always tells me the program is not connected to the Internet-check the Internet connection.
why, what's wrong if i have an internet connection ??
[14:01, 21. 12. 2021] suckovr6T: Even if I read the ecu with another tool ktag, ktm and load the data in svci to get conf.data cs mac and pin the program accepts and processes and again reports no connection to the server, no internet connection.
is this normal or what ??
