About restore another software to my ECU?

Dear Friends if it possible, i have a question for you that i need simple answer.

My car is Kia Sportage 2.0 CRDI 4WD, model year is 2007. It has got 83 kw and 110 hp. But I analyze my car information in internet that i saw this model year is 140 hp. I don’ know cars phsycal properties are same each other (turbo, cam shaft, etc). But i know two car's compression ratio is different. I search and found my car’s 140 hp original ecu software in this forums (Kia_Sportage_2.0CRDI_140HP_1037379247.zip). So if my KESS can run and if i restore my car to 140 hp sportage original ecu software, is it suitable my car? Is my car run problemless? Have i need change anything in ecu software (immo, EGR settings, DPF, etc)?

If this is the same hardware and software numbers too which was on the ecu originally then you can flash.
