RNS510 firmware 2728

Hi All,

Unit: 7E0035680, HW H42, SW 2728.

Story:

I know, that MPEG HW was faulty, then I made it switch off. Then I tried fw update, ended with error and touchscreen looks like this on picture. Next try of firmware update (several versions) ended with SWL Error:

'EcuOrder.txt - Error reading HW Vers'

Communication with diag is possible and HW version in Identification is visible too.

Is HW Version located in S29AL016D? Helped it if flash content is programmed?

Can you give me hint or direction how to solve this SWL Error and make fw update?

Someone has firmware 2728 for RNS510 (7E0035680) and can post link or upload, please?

Updating the firmware won't help you, you have a hardware problem with the motherboard. Repair needed.

Before flashing, after MPEG Off, unit working OK. After unsuccessfully flashing touch screen stop properly working.

I think flash version (5238) was not suitable for this model?

First time after MPEG repair I would like update maps . But I thinked, that firmware is too old for new maps, try firmware update...

Can you please give me small hint what is needed with mainboard. Change some component or programming or soldering?

Erase or change NAND Flash will help?

First time of firmware flashing go without this error meassage, then crash. Why second not? I thing some files in filersystem are overwritten and then touchscreen working not properly.

SWL process is functional, by them screen working.

Erase NAND not helped, update firmware still same error.
