BMW X6 2009 bluetooth problems.

hi guys,
I have a little problem here with my BMW X6 bluetooth connection.
when trying to pair a phone by entering: menu-> i-> setting-> bluetooth: it says "Bluetooth communication is active. Please switch on bluetooth in the vehcle to start paring" what does that mean phone is unable to find kit. is the any other ways or something I should know to activate my X6 bluetooth?
I tried to click on the icon in the bluetooth section but no luck it's not being activated and click is inactive

when choosing phone sections in the bluetooth it's inactive too it's impossible to configure this section.

Maybe you phone not compatible whit bluetooth.

phone is compatable, just the problem is that i can't select Bluetooth communications active icon.
by the way I have checked another car today to compare it was possible to select that icon.
