BMW F90 M5 MG1CS201 ISN tranfer

Hello there, is there any way to transfer the ISN from a donor DME to a second hand one? I've read both with Autohex, but this type of DME is not yet supported for ISN writing.

The manual solution doesn't work, still ews tampering error codes on DME.
