air gap size on gm zafira z16xep relucter crank sensor

i have a 2 wire relucter crank sensor. i am really struggling to get a good waveform with my hantek scope. if someone know the perfect (or good) airgap size between relucter crank sensor and trigger wheel for gm please assist. this is for opel zafira z16xep. otherwise i will have to continue bending the fingers using different settings and close the sump and ad oil (i do not want to crank motor without oil) every time to test. it is a very long process. someone please assist. tnx.
