diagnostic program for windows 7

trying to find a good diagnistic program that i can reset engine management light off permanant as i know the problem with my car.
i will be very greatful for any help.

option 1:fix the fault and erase codes

Option 2:read maps,read dtc,remove dtc from maps,write maps,then no engine light will be on for this code

your reply doesnt really help....I've checked downloads and there is no sign of the v2015no usb.rar file..

Simplest way for me would be if you would send me an email and attach copy of the file.

I've used vida before but have changed my car recently and not needed to have updated info for the newer car.
Every other file that I've found on the internet has either been too old or corrupted.
