Basic information: what is right way to read emprom 93C06 Rotated

Hi friends,
I need to read the eprom 93C06 Rotated. I have done more times but I have a basic question.
All time that I read it, I desolder the eprom from radio then read with adapter (it is rotated) and dump. All well, but desolder and solder is not good becouse may damage PCB.
I would like to know if it is possible to read the eprom without desolder the chip. Obviously I need the adapter and disconnect from power supply the radio, but the reading procedure may damage other chip on radio board?
What are your suggestions?

Rotated or not it's read in the same way. Adjust the wires in the clip. However not the ideal. Desolder is the way to go
