Porsche Cayenne 3.0 tdi EDC17CP44 coding into the car

Hello everyone.
I have a porsche Cayenne 3.0 tdi with a faulty EDC17CP44 control unit.
The control unit has filled with water. I tried to read it on the desk both in e-gpt and in boot mode, but it is not possible to read it.
The owner bought a new control unit. How can I synchronize the control unit with the machine?
i tried with the topdon diagnosis but i couldn't

I have the same car and ECU, and like to do the EGR off, I have the MPPS V18,but the Program shows me that :
No anti Tuning up to TP7 ( This has to be unlocked first) how can I do that. Thank's
