Read / Write Motorola HC12 MC9S12DP512 4L00M MCU Help me Please
Hello
i want to Read / Write Motorola HC12 MC9S12DP512 4L00M from OBD tool
With Orange 5
I can read Flash but i think is wrong read

Eeprom i get Massage ( INITRAM register write error, continue ) if i Click ok read me eeprom but nothing inside in the eeprom only ff
also i can not erase the Flash and EEprom maybe the chip are Secure how can i unsecure?
if i klick on unsecure orange 5 tell me need first to erase but on Erase i get ( FCLKDIV error )
maybe Somebody can help me
