Edc17c46 Adblue off and immo adjustment

Hey i have ripped the old ecu. ( Car doesnt run with it )

Then i bought a new one but immo is active.

Now i need Immo adjustment or immo off. I have vcds,Ktag and kess.
I believe when i have the pin from the new one i can learn it with vcds. but i dont know.
The second problem is i have done that all. (open old ecu,flash....) because i must have adblue off)
also i need adblue off too for the new ecu.
